Welcome to GrabSkipGo. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to GrabSkipGo Ltd.
“Customer”, “You”, “Your” means the individual or business placing the order.
“Service” means the provision of skip hire and associated waste removal services.
“Site” refers to the location where the skip will be delivered.
2. Service Overview
We provide waste management and skip hire services across designated areas in the UK. Services must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and local council regulations.
3. Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in full before the skip is delivered.
We accept major credit/debit cards, Stripe, and PayPal.
Invoices are issued via email upon order confirmation.
Late or failed payments may result in order cancellation.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled delivery will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may incur a 25% charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Permits
If a skip is to be placed on public property (e.g. a road), a council permit is required.
We can arrange the permit on your behalf for an additional fee.
Permit approval is subject to local authority discretion.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure adequate space for safe delivery and collection of the skip.
Do not overload skips beyond the fill line.
Skips must not contain prohibited materials, including:
Asbestos
Paint, solvents, or liquids
Electrical equipment
Gas cylinders
Tyres
Customers are liable for any penalties arising from misuse or incorrect use of skips.
7. Delivery and Collection
We aim to deliver and collect on the agreed dates.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties.
Collection may be delayed if the skip is overloaded or contains prohibited materials.
8. Liability
We accept no liability for damage to driveways, pavements, or underground utilities unless caused by negligence.
The customer indemnifies GrabSkipGo Ltd. against any claim arising from misuse of the skip or placement on a third party’s land.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or road closures.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
